Tipping has long been part of salon culture, but we’ve chosen a different approach. At Attune, we’re gratuity-free, and here’s why:
Empowering Our Artists: Our Artists set their own rates, ensuring they earn a livable wage without relying on tips. This gives them full control over their income and allows them to focus on their craft.
Financial Stability: Tips are not recognized by financial institutions as income. By eliminating gratuity, our Artists can confidently show their earnings when applying for loans, mortgages, or other financial milestones.
Transparency for Clients: Gratuity often leads to awkward moments or uncertainty about the final bill. At Attune, the price you’re quoted is the price you pay—no surprises, no stress.
💡 You pay for the time you reserve. The only time the price changes is if you and your Artist agree to add more time to achieve your goals.

The world of hair artistry has evolved dramatically, and so has our approach to pricing. Instead of à la carte services, we’ve created all-inclusive packages based on time.
Pay for Time, Not Tasks: Our pricing is based on the time reserved for your session, not the specific techniques used. Whether you’re getting a gloss, highlights, or a creative color transformation, the price remains the same.
Room to Pivot: Imagine booking a single-color service, but during your consultation, you and your Artist decide highlights are a better fit. They can customize your service within the booked time, without additional charges.
No Sticker Shock: Traditional à la carte pricing often results in unexpected add-ons at checkout. Our all-inclusive approach ensures you know exactly what to expect upfront.
🎨 This allows our Artists to focus on your goals, be as creative as they need, and adapt to your changing preferences—all without price constraints.
3️⃣ Gender-Free Pricing: Services for Everyone
We believe that pricing should reflect the service, not the client’s gender.
A barbering session is a barbering session.
A blonding session is a blonding session.
Hair has no gender, and neither does our pricing. This approach ensures fairness for our clients and equitable pay for our Artists.
4️⃣ Green Circle Certified: Sustainability in Action
The beauty industry generates a significant amount of waste, but we’re committed to doing our part. As a Green Circle Certified salon, we recycle up to 95% of the waste produced during your service. This includes:
Hair clippings 🧖♀️ (used for sustainable solutions like oil spill cleanup!).
Used foils, color tubes, gloves, cotton, and wax sticks.
Empty product bottles, plastic wrap, and more.
